Cool app
Really like getting raked over with fees and rigged tickets, but hey, what can you do? The app works great….Sep 16
Good Ap, good promos
Ap notifications on promos are good, email promos are good. It’s not an overload of spam. They need to market deals somehow, and they do it well.Jan 29
It’s my go to
There is a reason why so many YouTubers promote this app. It’s so quality and truly does find the best deals and seating every where. Also, it simply finds events that are poorly advertised else where. If it not been for seat geek I would not of known AEW was in my area soon. One thing I’d like to suggest is maybe have a feature where users can select interests and be notified when said interests are within a 50 mile radius. That would be a cool featureOct 6
Better the rest!
Has better view of seating and it’s the easiest to use out of vivid, events ticket center, Ticketmaster and stub hub. And most importantly, I always find the best prices on SeatGeek!Jun 13
Went to the Kendrick Sza GNX TOUR
Easy payment, used Affirm to pay for my floor seat! It was so fun and I finished paying for the ticket just this week after the concert. Super easy to look and browse upcoming shows. Thanks seat geek for affordable ticket pricing for an amazing experience 🥰Nov 4
Great Customer Service
I tested positive for Covid one day before I was scheduled to see a show I had been looking forward to for a long time. I called support and at 10 pm on a Monday they were able to transfer my tickets to the same seats the following month, to a date of my choosing. They coordinated with the box office and sent me follow ups every step of the way. Thanks Ash at Seat Geek!Sep 18
Refund
Received the 110% discount after my event was cancelled and ease with support made it happen ..nicely done SeatGeek !Jul 4
Better than expected
As a long time user of Ticketmaster and LiveNation they end up having so many charging fees hidden and with the whole Ticketmaster fiasco I’ve been looking for a new place to get tickets and this one is amazing they include fees so I won’t have to be bothered with guessing how much more it’d beApr 20
