Used mainly for Cavs tickets, but this app and company is great with buying tickets. Even when there is an issue, customer service is excellent and will fix problems. Love Seatgeek!

My wife and I used Seat Geek for the first time last year we bought tickets for both nights of the Metallica concert in May in Nashville and we are outside of Chicago so it was a vacation we had to save for we bought the cheapest tickets and the day of because of production issues they moved us 5 rows from the floor great seats and they made it really right. The app is super easy to use, both to get tickets & to have your tickets scanned at the game.

Great selection of resale tickets (better than with other apps!). App is easy to use. Pricing states that it includes fees but there is an additional fee upon check-out, similar to other apps.

I used these for Billie Eilish’s Hit Me Hard And Soft tour, and I was able to get floor GA seats the day before. Was scared to use it before, but the tickets were real, and I was able to see Billie and have an amazing time. I’d absolutely trust it

I tested positive for Covid one day before I was scheduled to see a show I had been looking forward to for a long time. I called support and at 10 pm on a Monday they were able to transfer my tickets to the same seats the following month, to a date of my choosing. They coordinated with the box office and sent me follow ups every step of the way. Thanks Ash at Seat Geek!
