You can sell MLB tickets on SeatGeek if your tickets are in your account and eligible for resale.
This guide explains how to sell MLB game tickets. Concerts or other events at MLB venues may not be eligible for resale on SeatGeek.
Where are your MLB tickets stored?
How you sell your MLB tickets depends on where your tickets are currently located:
- In your SeatGeek account
- In the MLB Ballpark app or your team account
1. Tickets in your SeatGeek account
If you purchased your MLB tickets on SeatGeek, you may need to link your MLB account before selling.
- Go to your Tickets
- Select your event
- Tap Sell

2. Tickets in the MLB Ballpark app or team account
If your tickets are in the MLB Ballpark app or your team’s website, you can start the selling process there.
In most cases:
- Open your MLB Ballpark app or team account
- Go to My Tickets
- Select Sell
You’ll be redirected to SeatGeek to complete your listing.

Team-specific selling flows
Some MLB teams use slightly different selling experiences depending on their integration with SeatGeek.
Select your situation below:
- Log into your MLB Ballpark app or team account
- Go to My Tickets
- Select Sell and choose your tickets
- You’ll be redirected to SeatGeek
- Log in and follow the prompts to complete your listing
For the following teams, your selling flow may include additional steps:
New York Yankees, Chicago White Sox, Seattle Mariners, Atlanta Braves, Arizona Diamondbacks, Colorado Rockies, San Diego Padres
If prompted, you may need to:
- Link your MLB account to SeatGeek
- Import your tickets
- Then select Sell in SeatGeek
