I tested positive for Covid one day before I was scheduled to see a show I had been looking forward to for a long time. I called support and at 10 pm on a Monday they were able to transfer my tickets to the same seats the following month, to a date of my choosing. Other sites lure you in with a price but the fees can add 25% or more. Also easy to sell tickets when I can't make it.
