I am so happy with SeatGeek! It is a much friendlier user interface than StubHub. I had some really bad experiences with StubHub lately. Their customer service is horrible. However has been nothing but exceptional and the selection and service is incredible.

Love the app, always use it, I used to compare prices but realized Seat Geek is by far the easiest process to buy tickets. Will always use this app and recommend to friends.

Perfect way to get tickets and get them to those that want to go last minute. Super easy and helpful can’t tell you how many times I given tickets to friends last minute

i have 7 or 8 concert apps - which one do i invariably revert to almost every time - im a geek seat lover and you will be to - less fees better info

SeatGeek has already saved me well over $100 for four tickets. I have a buddy that bought season tickets in ok seats and in just two games this season I have saved over $100 from what my buddy has had to pay and I have had better seats both games. Thanks SeatGeek!

Great app shows you pictures of the view your sitting from and good pricing compared to other ticket apps

I use Seat Geek for Concert Tickets. Sometimes they send my orders to Ticketmaster to handle the process. It’s cool though. I’ve never had any problems.

I buy all my tickets on SeatGeek when possible I just make sure I se the prices to all fees included so there are no surprises. I like that it keeps history of all the events you have bought over the years. Their support team is also very helpful. I bought some World Series tickets once and they were marked as regular tickets in the app and once the seller sent the tickets they came up as obstructed view so I called support and got a full refund.

Unlike other ticket sellers there is barely any hidden fees and straight up. It makes buying tickets for me very easy

I tested positive for Covid one day before I was scheduled to see a show I had been looking forward to for a long time. I called support and at 10 pm on a Monday they were able to transfer my tickets to the same seats the following month, to a date of my choosing. They coordinated with the box office and sent me follow ups every step of the way. Thanks Ash at Seat Geek!
