Should be called Seat Easy
First time using and I was amazed how easy it was to search for my tickets, set up the app to purchase and then finalize. Tickets were in my app within seconds. Will DEFINITELY be using again and again!!Jul 6
This Was Great!!
My first ever concert was Tyler, the Creators Chromakopia world tour in Philly. SeatGeek made not only finding amazing suite seats super easy but made finding parking easy too! Great app for tickets!
Used mainly for Cavs tickets, but this app and company is great with buying tickets. Even when there is an issue, customer service is excellent and will fix problems. Love Seatgeek!Sep 23

Great Customer Service
I tested positive for Covid one day before I was scheduled to see a show I had been looking forward to for a long time. I called support and at 10 pm on a Monday they were able to transfer my tickets to the same seats the following month, to a date of my choosing. Every event i’ve ever been to, I know I can always trust this app for purchasing tickets. Very user friendly interface. I’ve used SeatGeek several times and have had a flawless experience every time. Just be mindful of the extra fees to make sure your really getting a good deal. You can toggle on the “See with incl fees” feature to give you a better sense of the value while you search for seats.
