How do I add tickets to my SeatGeek account?

You can add eligible tickets to your SeatGeek account directly from the SeatGeek website or mobile app. Adding tickets lets you keep everything in one place and access your tickets when it’s time for the event.

This article explains how to add tickets to your SeatGeek account and which ticket types are supported.


How to Add Tickets on SeatGeek

You can upload tickets from the Tickets section of your SeatGeek account.

On SeatGeek.com 

  1. Log in to your SeatGeek account.

  2. Go to the Tickets section.

  3. Select Add near the top of the page.

  4. Choose the ticket type you want to add.

  5. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the upload.

Each option corresponds to a specific ticket format, and prompts will guide you through the process.


On the iOS App

  1. Open the SeatGeek app.

  2. Go to the My Tickets tab.

  3. Tap Add in the top-right corner.

  4. Select the ticket type and follow the prompts.


On the Android App

  1. Open the SeatGeek app.

  2. Go to your tickets.

  3. Tap Add tickets.

  4. Follow the instructions to upload your tickets.


Adding NFL Tickets

NFL tickets can be added separately using the Add NFL Tickets option.

To add NFL tickets:

  1. Select Add NFL Tickets.

  2. Choose your team and game.

  3. Enter the required ticket details.

  4. Complete the prompts to finish adding your tickets.


What Tickets Can’t Be Added to SeatGeek?

Not all ticket types are supported. You can’t add the following tickets to your SeatGeek account:

  • Scans or photos of paper tickets

  • PDF tickets

  • Tickets to past events

  • Tickets for events that aren’t listed on SeatGeek

  • Screenshots 

  • Hard-stock (physical) tickets

  • Gift card or credit card–based ticket entry

  • Tickets for free-entry or charity events

If an event doesn’t appear on SeatGeek, it won’t be eligible for ticket uploads.
